Our Preschool Program is guided by well trained licensed teachers that recognize the importance of a child's first structured educational experience. Key attributes of our Preschool Program are the development of natural imagination and curiosity for learning. Our program is designed to foster social, emotional, physical and intellectual growth through developmentally appropriate activities. Positive interaction between the children and with adults helps prepare each child for success at school.
Our Preschool Program is composed of the following groupings:
Dolphins: (Approx. 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 year olds ) The student to teacher ratio in the Dolphin room never exceeds 10 to 1.
Koalas: (Approx. 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 year olds)
Cheetahs or Pre-Kindergarten: (4 and 5 year olds)
A key emphasis in the Dolphin room is completion of toilet training, with advancement to the Koala room dependent upon your child being essentially ``accident free". The student to teacher ratio for both the Koala and Cheetah
rooms never exceeds 12 to 1. |
